Return Policy

Returns to the Shoe Hive must be made within 15 days from the arrival date of your item. All discounted sales are final. All customers must call the Shoe Hive within those 15 days to obtain a Return Authorization number before returning the item. Shoes must be unworn and returned with original tags intact. The Return Authorization number must be visible on packaging. The Shoe Hive is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
